This is likely a connection in your WiFi. We have some simple troubleshooting steps below that usually do the trick!
 
1) Unplug the AC and plug back in. 
2) Reset wifi by holding down wifi button for 5 seconds and deleting the device from the app .
3) Re - pair the device as you did before.

Also, make sure your router is close to your unit!
