Will the Windmill AC work in my window? Can I use it through the wall?Updated a year ago

The Windmill AC should NOT be used with:

• A wall sleeve (as a through-the-wall unit)
• Slider windows
• Casement windows
• Other non-single/double-hung windows

The Windmill AC was designed to work in windows that open up and down (single- and double-hung windows) with the following dimensions:

8,000 BTU AC: The window should have an open width of 23-37 inches and open at least 14 inches high. 

6,000 BTU AC: The window should have an open width of 22-36 inches and open at least 13 inches high.
