We're pretty sure you'll love your new Windmill products but if for whatever reason you don't, we have a 30-day return policy for customers who bought directly with us. 

Please note:

  • Once you have been issued a return label, your product must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the label.
  • Most returns incur a small restocking fee.
  • Accessories are not eligible for returns.
  • If you'd like assistance with a warranty claim instead of a return, please review our Warranty Information and feel free to contact our support team for further assistance!

If you did not purchase directly from the Windmill website, please reach out to the retailer you purchased from to initiate a third party return.

Please note: Any out-of-pocket costs you may incur to return your item (such as shipping fees or packaging expenses) are not covered or reimbursed by us.
