I'm having trouble pairing (or re-pairing) my AC to the app copyUpdated a year ago
Please follow these steps to connect your device:
- Ensure you're using a 2.4G WiFi network (mostly all smart devices use this network type for pairing)
- Confirm you're using the correct app for your device:

To re-pair or re-connect your device (if the connection is lost or you reset your WiFi), please do the following:
- Delete the device from the app (select the device tile, go to settings in the upper right, and remove/delete the device)
- Reset the WiFi on the AC by holding down the WiFi button for 5 seconds
- Add the device again as normal. Make sure to follow steps 1-4 in the above section!
