How often will I be billed for my filter subscription?Updated 18 days ago

For our AC's activated carbon filter subscription:

Your first activated carbon filter is free and is included in the box with your AC. Approximately 3 months later you will be billed for your subscription plan (2, 3, or 4 pack). This serves as your first reminder to replace the current filter. 

You will receive an order confirmation email with shipping information. You may edit the order from the email you get should you need to manage the order.

After that, you will be billed once a year for your plan.

While the AC can be run without this filter, it is very important for the health of your air and the overall maintenance of your AC.

For our purifier's 3-in-1 medical grade HEPA filter subscription:

Your first HEPA filter is free and is included in the box with your purifier. Approximately 6 months later you will be billed for your subscription plan. This serves as your first reminder to replace the current filter. 

You will receive an order confirmation email with shipping information. You may edit the order from the email you get should you need to manage the order.

After that, you will be billed once a year for your plan.

This filter MUST be replaced, the purifier functioning will be compromised if it's not replaced.
