Once a product has shipped, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number for FedEx or USPS. ACs, Fans, and Air Purifiers are shipped via FedEx. Accessories will ship via USPS.
Click the Track Package button in your email, or grab your tracking number and plug it into the carrier's tracking link below to monitor your order’s whereabouts.
Note: Your tracking number will not work until the carrier scans your order into their system. Please give it 24-48 hours if the tracking number does not immediately register.
