Does the Windmill AC come with a warranty?Updated 10 days ago

Yes! Your AC comes with a limited one-year warranty. If you'd like, you can add an extended warranty through our warranty partner, Mulberry, at checkout when shopping on our website.

We want to make sure you get the best experience and performance from your window AC. One important factor is choosing the correct BTU rating for your room size. If the unit is too large or too small, it may not operate efficiently—and in some cases, using a unit outside of the recommended room size range could impact warranty coverage. We always recommend checking the BTU sizing guide from the AC specs page to ensure the right fit for your space. If you need help choosing, contact our support team and we’d be happy to assist! 

Please note, installing a window A/C unit in a wall sleeve or a top window may void your warranty and is not recommended as it could cause improper ventilation and operational stress.
